Enter Exhibits

Any JEFFERSON COUNTY, WV resident, ages 2 and older, may participate and is FREE to enter
Exhibit categories range from baked and canned goods, crafts, artwork, sewing, photography and much more
This is a great idea to have your kids or organization create some crafts and then show them off
A perfect opportunity to showcase your handywork, prized garden vegetables or family recipe

How to enter the exhibit(s):

Once you have your exhibit item(s) chosen (see catalog for departments and exhibit classes)
Bring your item(s) to the Jefferson County Fair on Saturday, August 16, 2025, between the hours of 9:00am-3:00pm (Exhibit entry closes at 3:00pm!)
Go to the Ruritan Pavilion to get an Exhibitor Number
Take your item(s) to the correct department(s) to enter (You will see signs for different departments in different buildings)
A Volunteer will walk you through the rest of the entry process and inform you of how/when to pick up your entry(ies) at the end of the Fair week.
After being an exhibitor with the Jefferson County Fair one year, you should receive a postcard the following year with your exhibitor number that was originally assigned to you.
