Dear Prospective Vendor,

This year marks the 72nd annual Jefferson County Fair! We are looking forward to another exciting week filled with tradition, community, and everlasting memories. The 2025 Fair is scheduled for August 17th – August 23rd, 2025 at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds.

We have new and exciting updates this year in the vendor area. Our 2025 vendor opportunities will include:

• A new and improved vendor form, to be submitted electronically or by mail
• Outdoor spaces are available.  Indoor spaces are SOLD OUT.
• Check or cash payment options
• Designated vendor parking area
• Distribution of vendor maps
• Personalized interactions from our vendor committee
