Dear Prospective Vendor,

This year marks the 73rd annual Jefferson County Fair! We are looking forward to another exciting week filled with tradition, community, and everlasting memories. The 2026 Fair is scheduled for August 16th – August 22nd, 2026, at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds.

We have new and exciting updates this year in the vendor area. Our 2026 vendor opportunities will include:

• A new and improved vendor form, to be submitted electronically or by mail
• Outdoor spaces and indoor spaces are available.  
• Check or cash payment options
• Designated vendor parking area
• Distribution of vendor maps
• Personalized interactions from our vendor committee

We are looking forward to seeing you at the Fair! Your presence and support of our community is what makes the event such a success. Thank you again for your interest in participating in the Jefferson County Fair.
